Voiscribd does not collect or store PII such as names, personal addresses, phone numbers, or personal identifiers. App content such as transcripts, recordings, preferences, and workflow history is intended to remain under user control. If any product infrastructure is used to support the service, user data is stored only on systems located in the European Union.

We may process non-identifying operational information strictly to keep the service secure, reliable, and licensed. Such information is not used to identify a person.

Cookies

The Voiscribd website does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Essential browser storage may be used only when necessary to operate the website or product experience. External services linked from this website may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Third-party services

Voiscribd links to Polar for license checkout, Telegram for community updates, and Discord for community discussion. These services are independent third parties. Information you provide to them is governed by their own privacy notices and terms. Voiscribd does not collect or store PII from those third-party interactions.

Data retention and location

Because Voiscribd does not collect or store PII, there is no PII retention period. Any user data that must be stored to operate the service is stored exclusively within the European Union and is retained only for as long as needed for the product function or legal requirement involved.
